We believe that new and unknown wines are interesting and exciting. From this point of view, as Salkım, we have two different goals;

On the one hand, while introducing wine lovers in Turkey to lesser-known country wines apart from some generally accepted wines in our country, in this process, similarly to world wine lovers who do not know Anatolian wines, to create the chance to reach wines produced from grape varieties such as Öküzgözü, Boğazkere, Kalecikkarası, Kuntra, Karalahna, Vasilaki.
